Lemon Ice Cream I can’t take credit for this amazing, can’t stop eating lemon ice cream. What I can take credit for is passing this must try recipe onto you guys. This is one of the most easiest ice cream’s I’ve every made and I know you guys will enjoy it as must as I do. Author: Leigh Anne of Leanne Anne Wilkes You Homebased Mom Ingredients 1 1/2 Tbsp grated lemon zest 1/2 C fresh lemon juice 1 C sugar 3 eggs 1 1/2 C whipping cream 1 C whole milk 1 tsp vanilla pinch of salt Instructions In a pan mix together zest, juice, sugar and eggs. Add in 1 C whole milk and vanilla. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a simmer. Strain through a sieve to remove zest.
